2011 - Green Pre-conference

Event Date: 26/08/2011

With the Green Party Conference in Sheffield fast approaching at beginning of September, we at WinkBall.com thought it to be a perfect occasion to speak with the Party’s front-running party members, campaigners, activists and bloggers to set the scene of the current political climate as politicians return from recess. In preparation for the conference, WinkBall will be speaking to these tops Greens to determine what their political agenda is for the coming term. Specifically, we aim to define what key issues or concerns they feel need to be addressed by the government, their assessment of the implications of the ‘Big Society’, how they fit within the context of social media and grass roots politics, as well as what issues they feel their party needs to confront differently.
