Chef Anna Haugh will open her first solo restaurant on Wednesday the 8th of May. Myrtle, in Chelsea, will look to Haugh’s Irish heritage for inspiration, according to Hot Dinners — the restaurant will open on Langton Street, on the former L’Oud des Eurasie site.
