Rhona Buchanan opened the doors of Richmond Rascals in December 2012, with the aim of becoming the number one source of luxury grooming and high-quality pet care products in South West London. Rhona, owner and founder of Richmond Rascals, has a distinction in pet grooming from City and Guilds 2012 and is a member of The British Pet Care Trade Association as well as holding an Italian diploma in pet care, obedience and grooming obtained in 2006.
