WinkBall Video Reporter Charlotte was at Wimbledon for the first day of the two week tennis Championships. She asked tennis fans what they love most about the Grand Slam tournament, who their favourite players are and what tennis they have seen during the day!
The first day of an eagerly anticipated Wimbledon tournament began on Monday, 20th June 2011. WinkBall video reporters arrived on the scene to speak to the happy campers, finding out what they love most about Wimbledon and who they think will win the top titles this summer! Come rain or shine, Wimbledon takes place every summer, in the World Cup of tennis, where the World's best of best battle it out. The first day saw Scottish hero, Andy Murray take to the court in the evening, igniting the whole 'will-he, won't-he' debate which dominates the discussion of the grass court Championships every year.
