Duncan joined MTV in 2004 and has worked across a number of brands and territories. In his current role as a member of MTV UK’s Music Programming team, Duncan has editorial control of the playlists for MTV Music and MTV Rocks, while sharing responsibility for music policy decisions concerning the remaining channels that complete MTV’s UK music offering.
