An event that has been going strong for over twenty years, thanks to its huge volunteer support from the local community, the London Green Fair has become the UK’s biggest and most popular free green event. Taking place over the course of a weekend, the fair is a chance for those interested in Green policies, to find out about how they can act Green and implement a Greener lifestyle. A chance for the local community to enjoy themselves in a fun surrounding with music and food, the fair promises a low carbon footprint that advocates a Green lifestyle. For the fair this year in 2012, the London Green Fair was held at Regent’s Park. Hundreds upon hundreds of the local community and more came to the fair to find out more about Green issues whilst sampling some of the musical entertainment and food treats that were on offer. Taking place over the weekend of the 9th and 10th of June 2012, on Sunday 10th June 2012, WinkBall video reporters Alex and Laurent were at the London Green Fair speaking to attendees and discovering what had brought them down, how interested were they in Green policies and what would they hope to take away from the weekend? Speaking to a range of people at the event, WinkBall captured a great insight into the fair and discovered more about Green issues and how people can adopt a Greener way of life.
