Birmingham City v Nottingham Forrest

On Saturday, 25th February, 2012 WinkBall video reporters Nilan and Siobhan were at the St Andrews Stadium in Birmingham to see Birmingham City play Midlands rivals Nottingham Forrest in this Championship match up. Birmingham City have put together an amazing fifteen game unbeaten run which included a 1-1 draw in the FA Cup against big spenders Chelsea from the Premier League, this made them massive favourites to win today’s game. Nottingham Forrest on the other hand have managed only one win in their last six matches which has left them languishing at the bottom of the League table, and because of this they found themselves as the underdog against their regional rivals today. But the form book was torn up as the men from Nottingham went away worthy winners and helped to push themselves up the table while consigning Birmingham to their first home defeat of the season thanks to a brace from Dexter Blackstock which saw Forrest win 2-1. WinkBall spoke to the fans of both teams before and after the match to see what they thought of today’s game?
