She thought that Rob Brydon's show was one of the best she had seen in a long time!
The Swansea-born writer, actor, comedian, presenter and voice-over specialist Rob Brydon was at Newcastle’s Journal Tyne Theatre last night on his new stand up tour. As well as being an actor, comic and presenter, the Bafta-nominated Brydon is renowned for his impressions, ranging from people like Terry Wogan and Ronnie Corbett to the classic comic creation of “small man trapped in a box.” However, his two most famous roles must be that of Keith Barrett in Marion and Geoff and Uncle Bryn in Gavin and Stacey. Both roles allowed Brydon to show his class to the masses, and his Uncle Bryn character has even had a No. 1 hit single with Islands in the Stream. We chatted to fans outside the Journal Tyne Theatre about Rob Brydon and asked them what they thought of his new book and where they saw him first.
