With the enormous success of last years Zappa plays Zappa concert at Roundhouse’s 70th birthday bash Frank Zappa’s Eldest son Dweezil Zappa and The Zappa Family Trust have travelled back to the UK, this time however for a 13 date tour! The band will be performing their classic 1974 album ‘Apostrophe’ in its absolute entirety along with other classic tracks spanning the bands acclaimed career. A major highlight of these performances has been affectionately titled ‘grave to stage’, which sees the legendary Frank Zappa resurrected on screen to perform with the band via synchronised audio-video technology. WinkBall video reporters Dean and Oliver were at Barbican on Tuesday, 29th November 2011 to capture the passion of the fans in attendance and to find out why the Zappa family still have the magic!
