Milton Jones at Newcastle City Hall
by Gig Reporters 2011
The London born surrealist king of the one liner, Milton Jones, was at Newcastle city hall leg of his Lion Whisperer tour. The Perrier award winning comic has had a long career as a stand-up and found fame on BBC Radio 4. However, he is better known now for his spots on Mock the Week, Michael MacIntyres Comedy roadshow and other shows where his skill with one liners can really be shown. However, his skill does not end with the one liner, in 2009 he wrote the surrealist semi-autobiographical book called Where Do Comedians Go When They Die?: Journeys of a Stand-Up.
Winkball reporters were at Newcastle City hall talking to Milton Jones fans before and after the gig.
