2011 - Green Day 1

Richard Bearman

Richard Bearman

Richard Bearman is the Treasurer of Norwich Green Party, Green Party County Councillor for Norfolk and also a member of the Green Party Regional Council. According to Richard, the core values of the Green Party means different things to different people; for the people of Norwich, it’s about how they can get in touch with Green Party local councillors and to the wider community its about representing their views on the environment, social justice and etc. Richard has been a member of several activist groups and tells us the difference between those groups and the Green Party. He thinks the government needs to allow local councils to be autonomous.

2011 - Green Day 1

Event Date: 10/09/2011

The Green Party Conference scheduled for the 9th – 12th September 2011, started off yesterday at Sheffield Hallam University. Party’s front-running party members, campaigners, activists, new members, international members, and bloggers as usual attended the conference. We at WinkBall.com thought it to be a perfect occasion to speak to party members to find out what the core values of the Green Party are and their key issues or concerns they feel need to be addressed by the government. WinkBall seeks to encapsulate these topics in the medium in which we are well versed, namely to capture the unique snapshot of Green Opinion via the emotive power of online video.
