Much Ado About Nothing at Shakespeare's Globe

Event Date: 17/09/2011

Much Ado About Nothing was performed at Shakespeare's Globe on Friday, 16th September as attendees watched on in amazement at another interpretation of one of the playwright’s many great pieces. The play itself is a story about two couples, Benedick and Beatrice, and Claudio and Hero, who both encounter comedic problems before eventually swapping marriage vows at its conclusion. Attendees from across the globe and others visiting for the first time gave a glowing review of their night in the theatre and were particularly taken aback by the performance of Benedick, whose interacion with the audience seemed to go down a treat. WinkBall video reporters were in attendance to ask the audience what their highlight was, for their opinion on the Globe and for three words to describe the performance.
