WinkBall citizen video reporter David was at Athlone Stadium to catch up with supporters of Santos and Ajax Cape Town as the "Cape Derby" commences.
The much anticipated "Cape Derby" clash between two fierce rivals at the coast takes place at "The Graveyard", home of Santos "The Peoples Team" who will try and claim the three points from Ajax Cape Town in the third ABSA Premiership match of the season. Both sets of fans echoed their respective teams anthems around Athlone Stadium on the 24 August 2011. The stage was set to be electric with an unrivalled atmosphere.
