Feist at London Palladium

Event Date: 17/10/2011

After her absence for over three years from the UK musical scene, Leslie Feist performed at the London Palladium on Monday, 17th October 2011, following the release of her new album, Metals. Metals is the follow-up to her highly successful 2007 album, The Reminder, which earned her a Grammy-nominated Gold album. The Canadian singer-songwriter Leslie Feist, a member of the Toronto collective Broken Social Scene, first came onto the UK musical scene when her single '1234' was used by Apple in their advertising campaign for the Apple iPod Nano in 2007. Her songs are poppy, upbeat and full of soul, somewhere between the summery sound of Natasha Bedingfield and the sultry chill-out of Smoke City. WinkBall reporters Andrew, Dean and Nkechi asked fans what they liked about her energy and style of music, what their favourite songs are and reviews of her performance.
