Keane at the 02 Brixton Academy

Keane at the 02 Brixton Academy

Keane are still just that. The indie/alternative rock band that formed in 1997, are back to their old form. Loyal fans that made the pilgrimage from the four corners of the earth to the O2 Brixton Academy on Friday 8th June 2012, left the gig thinking can life get "Better Than This!"? Touring their 5th No. 1 album “Strangeland,” released in May, Keane took their London audience on an impressive 22 song setlist journey, from their “Hopes and Fears” debut album to “Under the Iron Sea,” into the present day “Strangleland,” with just a dip into the not so perfect “Perfect Symmetry.” With Tom Chaplin the energised frontman, welcoming the crowd to sing back and along with the firm favourites like “Somewhere Only We know,” “Silenced by the Night,” left no one “Disconnected.” WinkBall Citizen video reporters Daniel, Michael and Zoe met the Keen Keane fans for their pre performance expectations and post gig reviews.
