The B-Boy Championships are the world’s most prestigious breaking, popping and locking competition. Only the best qualify and only the greatest are crowned champions in this beautifully intense dance form. On Saturday, 9th July 2011 the UK B-Boy Championships held their Regional Conflict national qualifiers (aka Knock Out Jam) at the O2 Academy in Islington where the UK’s most elite breakdancing crews competed head-to-head for a position in the World Final held later this year. Boasting 27 dynamically different crews and over 100 solo b-b-boys the competition promised to be epic. It did not disappoint! WinkBall citizen video reporters Maisa, Tara and Zaid were on hand to capture the passion the fans and participants at the championships, hear what they had to say! If YOU were there and we missed talking to you or you would like to share your thoughts about the UK B-Boy Championship please record a reply to this wall and share your view on WinkBall.com!
