We would call it the X-Factor effect, but really, we’ve been in Barlow Land since the resurgence of Take That in 2006. And boy, did the fans’ Patience pay off. Their revival, with or without Robbie Williams, has been ecstatically received, and his weekly appearance on Saturday prime time has been a bonus for the loyal Barlow-believers. So A Million Love Songs Later, really topping it off, he’s back performing solo at the Royal Albert Hall for the first time in over a decade. Gary Barlow and the Pierces were raising funds for The Prince’s Trust and The Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry, to support disadvantaged young people.
