Wales manager Gary Speed says his team are full of confidence heading to Wembley to face England, he believes his side are still developing and that England are "the best side in the group". The fact that they can not qualify for the Tournament is no deterrent for them going for a win. England on the other hand have everything to play for and are hoping to fine tune a side that is starting to find its form again after a dreadful World Cup.
