The Tea and Coffee Festival is a special opportunity for the public to learn about two of the nation's favourite drinks and aims to promote the best companies in the UK and abroad. The festival is also designed to increase awareness for quality and ethical practices concerning the industry. Known for it’s brilliantly colourful and varied market, as well as it’s exciting demonstrations and events, the festival which spans Friday 6th may to Sunday 8th May will be part of the Festival of Britain's 60th anniversary. WinkBall citizen video reporters Alex, Giovana, Lucio and Silvia were at the Southbank Centre on Sunday, 8th May 2011, to talk to those attending and those participating in the festival.
