Nkechi is outside the Cob Gallery and Studio opening to gather the thoughts and views of those in attendance.
On Thursday 17th February WinkBall citizen video reporters Alice and Nkechi were in Camden for the launch of the Cob Studios and Gallery. Designed in partnership with Llowarch Llowarch Architects, the stunning new venue comprimises high spec, purpose-built studios, a 500 square foot project space, as well as the centrepiece. Venue director and playwright Polly Stenham, hopes the Cob Gallery will provide a much needed platform for emerging artists to develop and show their work; the opening night included work from Katie Paterson, Noemie Goudal, Dmitri Galitzine, James P Graham and Anna Curtis. We asked those in attendance what attracted them to the night's event, why they like art, what they thought of the theme of the gallery and their favourite piece.
