London’s Burning…with Heaven’s Love is a programme of music, prayer and worship to “light the torch” in the spiritual realm and prepare the spiritual atmosphere to host God’s Presence during the London 2012 Olympics. With the London 2012 Olympics not to far from us and exactly two months to go before the opening ceremony, Pentecost Festival London’s Burning event is to ask for God’s grace, peace and love during this gathering of athletes and sports enthusiasts from all over the world. Jason Upton, Godfrey Birtill, Noel Robinson, Sean Feucht, Nick Herbert and Remanente will lead passionate worship. Prayer and prophecy will be led by Rachel Hickson (London Prayernet), Matthew Ashimolowo (KICC), Jane Holloway (World Prayer Centre), Jonathan Oloyede (Global Day of Prayer London), Jennifer Wallace (Cedars House Trust), Elcio Lodos (IHOP London) and Lesley Anne Leighton (Diadem International). The Matchroom Stadium (Leyton Orient Football Stadium) played host to this massive gathering of Christians. Christians from all over the country came to do their bit for the London 2012 Olympics to be a success by means of declaring Jesus as Lord of the London Olympics and to pray for all aspects of the Games.
