Outrageous Pam Ann gave a good shake to the audience of the Bloomsbury Theatre on Friday, 20th April 2012, impersonating kitsch and hilarious stewardess in her critically acclaimed show You ‘F’ Coffee, taking them into airport mayhem all the way from Heathrow security check-ins to her fantasy plane’s landing. In real life, Pam Ann is the signature character of Australian comedienne Caroline Reid, but not her only airline industry humor alter-ego. Caroline impersonated a wide range of flight attendants from Iberia Airlines’ Conchita Rosa María González Gómez to Scandinavian Airlines System’s Heidi. The humourist also made an appearance in the British comedy film Confetti. No one shall be spared, as the ‘A’ list air hostess points at the individual characteristics and quirks of some of the biggest international airlines (think Easyjet, British Airways, Virgin or Singapore Airlines), joking about their oddities and respective stereotypes. Praised by celebs like Madonna, Victoria Beckham, Dannii Minogue, Tina Arena, Cher and Sir Elton John, the Stand-up comedian will perform her acerbic and irreverent in-flight entertainment and improvisation show for four dates in April. If you want to meet Pam be warned, plane seats sold out already!
