WinkBall video reporters were at the Byam Shaw Degree Show on Thursday 16th June 2011, to film students who proudly showcased and talked us through their achievements from the Byam Shaw School of Art. Founded in 1910, John Byam Shaw and Rex Vicat Cole’s School of Art retains its academic philosophy and high teaching standards, creating a rewarding place to study. The first class facilities make studying enjoyable for each student, helping them progress with their studies to a very high standard. The School of Art joined Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in 2003, and is for the last year situated at Elthorne Road, Archway Studios, London, before its move to King’s Cross. We were there to ask attendees what brought them to the show, what their favourite pieces of work are and whether this has been a fitting tribute to the history of CSM at this location. Also, students and academics talked us through their work. See the reactions of a great event on our wall below!
