James is at the Fenton Manor Leisure complex in Stoke-On-Trent to speak to the compettitors and audience members about their views on the London 2012 Olympics.
On Saturday 26th February , WinkBall citizen video reporters Tom and James were at the Fenton Manor Leisure Complex in Stoke-On-Trent for the English Gymnastics Championship. The English Gymastics Championship is said to showcase the most dynamic and energetic of all the gymnastic disciplines. Gymnasts compete from the age of 9 years and many continue far beyond the age of 18. Routines must evidence speed, power and strength, whilst the gymnast continuously moves around the floor interpreting the rhythm, tempo and accents of the music. We asked competitors, coaches and fans in attendance about why they love the sport, who to watch out for and prospects for the 2012 Olympics.
