Oli Beckinsale represented Britain at the Olympic Games in 2000, 2004 and 2008, and England at the Commonwealth Games in 2002 and 2006 today he tells us about his participation in todays event in Nottinghamshire.
The British XC Mountain Biking Series got underway on the 27th March 2011, at Sherwood Pines in Nottinghamshire. Some of Team GB's hopefuls were competing, such as the legend that is Oli Beckinsale, through to the keen amateur riders and enthusiasts of various skill levels, all cheered on by an enthusiastic crowd of spectators. WinkBall video reporters were there to speak to those taking part as well as the spectators, to find out what they thought of today's Mountain Bike Series and the up and coming London 2012 Olympics games.
