Winkball citizens reporters Shakira and Kerusha were out at the famous V
and A Waterfront tonight, 13 August 2010, to join fans at the Annual
Encounters Documentary Festival. The event has been running for 12 years
and is a huge success show casing South Africa's unique film talent.
