Richard Herring at the Live Theatre Newcastle
by Entertainment Reporters
The Edinburgh Fringe Stalwart, Richard Herring, was at the Live Theatre in Newcastle ahead of his run at the Edinburgh Festival. Whilst a regular on comedy panel shows, Herring has never really found major fame on television, preferring instead to focus on live stand-up and hosting radio shows including the award-winning Collins and Herring as well as his current show on Radio 4, Richard Herring’s Objective. The Comedian has also courted controversy in his time, the most prevalent of these occasions being his Hitler Moustache routine. However, this controversy failed to hold him back. In this year he is still producing top quality comedy that keeps winning him awards.
