Alongside the 2012 Olympic games this summer, there will of course be the Paralympic Games. Much like the dressage team that will represent Great Britain at the Olympics this year, the Paralympic dressage team has a strong history rooted in success with the team picking up an accolade of medals for both team and individual efforts. Notable success for the Great Britain para-dressage team has recently included a team gold at the World Equestrian games in 2010 and grade II para-dressage rider Natasha Baker, who finished the sporting year 2011 unbeaten and picked up two individual gold medals at the 2011 European Championships. Arguably the team's leading figures is Lee Pearson CBE, who has competed in the past three Paralympic games and taking home an impressive three gold medals at each games. In the run up to the Paralympic games 2012 in London, WinkBall will be speaking to a number of para-riders and paralympic dressage coaches to capture their hopes and dreams for the games this summer.
