At the Waterfall Estate in Kyalami, Tabane introduces us to the Dog Day 2011 where people have gathered to walk their dogs and socialise. He sets out to ask them what they enjoy most about the event, what they love about their dogs and what other charities they support.
Dog Day, sponsored by Pfizer Animal Health and Royal Canin, was not only a fun day out for owners and their waggy friends but was raised awareness for animal welfare. Dog Day took place at the Waterfall Country Estate in Kyalami, Johannesburg, on Sunday 15 May. There was a 700m Puppy Parade, 4km or 8km fun walk for owners and dogs.
