On Sunday 10th June, the Manchester Day Parade hit town. The parade was created in 2010 and is now a spectacular addition to the city’s annual calendar of events. Conceived with the ambition of celebrating the creativity and diversity synonymous with Manchester, it is a great opportunity for communities to celebrate individual and collective pride in their city as well as to portray the stories of what makes them feel uniquely Mancunian in a highly visual way.
