Sunday 19th of June and WinkBall citizen reporters are at the Horwich Festival of Racing. Over the past nine years it has grown to become one of the most popular sporting events in the North West. The event, formerly known as Horwich Carnival Races, now has a new title, both to reflect that it now takes place on a different weekend to the Carnival and to further embrace both sporting excellence and community participation across a range of events and activities.
