Camden Crawl Day one

Camden Crawl Day one

On Saturday 30th April 2011, WinkBall citizen video reporters Sofia, Lucio and Onyeka and attended The Camden Crawl, a music festival which takes place every Spring in Camden. The Crawl quickly became renowned as first to showcase the forthcoming year’s most hotly tipped artists to sell out audiences since its inception at the height of Brit pop in 1995. After three critically acclaimed years, the festival took a lengthy breather before re-launching in its current form in 2005. 2011 will mark Camden Crawl’s 10th birthday and will undoubtedly be the biggest and best yet. The line up on Saturday host artists and bands such as Andrew Davie, Bo Ningen, Chickenhawk, Civil Civic, Comanechi, Crowns, D/R/U/G/S, Dananananaykroyd, Eagulls, Frankie And The Heartstrings, Ghostpoet, Mums Of Death, Rainbow Arabia, St Etienne, SBTRKT , Tanlines, The Agitator, The King Blues, The Qemists, Those Dancing Days, Turbowolf, Two Wounded Birds, Villagers, Warrior One, and Wild Palms. We asked fans what bands they are coming to see, what they love about the Camden Crawl and the highlight of their experience. Were YOU there? If we missed talking to you, please let us know your experience of the Crawl by recording a reply to this wall on WinkBall.com
