Zac says they are good mates with Gangs of Ballet and are rather looking forward to watching Civil Twilight. He says he has been to Tanz Cafe quite often as they attend church, GodFirst, at Tanz Cafe on a Sunday morning.
Civil Twilight and Gangs of Ballet serenaded devoted fans at the crammed Tanz Cafe in Johannesburg on Thursday night, 13 October 2011. Local band, Civil Twilight, has been playing in the States but came back to South Africa to perform at Rocking the Daisies, a music Festival in Cape Town as well as return to Tanz where they performed at the beginning of this year. They are well known for their song "Letters from the Sky" with some of their music even being featured in the TV series One Tree Hill, House,and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and the movie I am Number Four. Music lovers were introduced to the four month old Gangs of Ballet band, there song "Breaking the Silence" has been playlisted on national radio station 5FM, and this Durban band seems to be leaving an effect with the fans.
